The Hydro was established in 1972 and can be found nestled in the Idas Valley, just outside Stellenbosch. It is renowned for it’s holistic approach towards balancing a healthy body, clear mind and positive attitude.
A staff of 85 fully trained professionals in therapy, medicine and exercise science are at your service. There is also a gymnasium, private swimming pool and onsite health shop for your convenience.
